What makes a good pet photo?+
Use a sharp photo in natural light with the eyes and nose visible. Front-facing or gentle three-quarter portraits give the best automatic fit and 3D result.
Can I adjust the automatic portrait fit?+
Yes. After choosing a frame you can drag, resize and rotate the portrait before moving to the 3D preview.
How long does production take?+
Custom keychains usually take 3–5 business days. In-stock collar accessories ship within 3 business days; pieces marked 48h restock add two days.
Are custom products refundable?+
Because every piece is made from your design, custom products are final sale. The preview exists so you can check the portrait, frame and placement before ordering.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Local duties and import taxes, where applicable, remain the buyer's responsibility.
